Hi

I am thinking of paying for this http://www.mgmgrand.com/amenities/prima.aspx

Has anyone done it before, and if so was it worth it?

If you're going to spend $500 on food and drinks there anyway then it's definitely worth it. Even if you're not, the room upgrade might make it worthwhile.

Also depends on how long you're there - even if you don't book the Prima deal, they will try to upsell it to you when you check-in. Depending on whether the upgrade is available (the longer you're there for the less likely this is) you can decide whether to take it or not.

Meh don't really see the point, all you get is half price drinks at the 3 shitty bars and discounts at 'some' of the restaurants, guessing they dont include craftsteak

It looks like Craftsteak is included fwiw when we used one in Sept you could use it in any MGM property can't see if that still holds true, personally i used one in Mirage and the irish bar in NY/NY.I'am not saying it's the best thing in the world but it came in handy when getting a round in for fifteen.
