My favourite is from last season.

Plymouth vs Barnsley, Barnsley are leading 4-1 when the ref abandons the match due to a waterlogged pitch after c60 minutes.  Awful decision at that stage of the game.

But the really stupid bit:

Anderson Da Silva was suspended for the game.  His suspension was deemed to have not been cleared during the abandoned match (fair enough, I guess).

Nathan Doyle picked up a booking in the abandoned game, taking him to 5 bookings for the season and a 1 match ban.  This booking was deemed to count, despite the match being wiped from the records.

Both players were suspended for the next game thanks to two contradictory rulings.
