Ok, have been in discussion with a couple of people about this and the thinking is...
~$15k bankroll to ride out the swings
Scope to play aforementioned tournaments, and other similar tournaments in same buy-in range.
75% potentially gone. If you think you might be interested in taking a decent chunk, please PM me.
Tyty.

Just to clarify I wouldn't be expecting the $15k upfront, planning on this being on a reload/make-up basis...

Looking for some feedback on this proposal (not taking investments yet).
My concerns: Roll perhaps too small, too likely to go busto? If this staking period goes badly, people not wanting to reinvest next time around. This could screw the people I owe make-up to.
Schedule:
6.00am $109 Turbo ($30k gtd)
6.30am $55 Turbo ($12k gtd)
7.00am $77 6-Max Turbo ($3k gtd)
7.30am $109 Turbo ($15k gtd)
8.00am $51 Hyper Turbo ($2k gtd)
8.30am $82 6-Max Hyper Turbo ($2k gtd)
9.00am $109 Turbo ($15k gtd)
1.00pm $109 Turbo ($5k gtd)
2.30pm $82 6-Max Hyper Turbo ($2k gtd)
4.30pm $82 6-Max Hyper Turbo ($2k gtd)
Any other turbo or hyper-turbo scheduled MTT tournament of buy-in $50-109 on PokerStars also permitted.
Btw Hyper-turbos start with 3000 chips and have a 3 minute clock. They aren't 300 chip jobbies or whatever.
Format:
$5000 roll
I will play for 30 calendar days under this roll, or until there is no money left.
Assuming there is money left, at the end of the 30 days I will sort out everyone's payments. Investors can choose to re-invest/opt out, and we start again at $5k.
% cut / make-up:
Two ways of investing:
Either a 70:30 split (in the investors favour) after stakeback
or..... a 50:50 split after stakeback, with make-up
Example:
You invest 10% ($500) with make-up. At the end of the 30 days the roll is $2500. You receive $250 back and are owed $250 in make-up.
The next month I run this stake, you invest 10% ($500) with make-up. At the end of the 30-days the roll is $9000. You receive $500 stakeback and $200 split of profits. You will also recieve another $200 in owed make up (and I will still owe you $50 in make-up).

The % I take would heavily depend on whether its 70:30 or 50:50 plus MU because to take advantage of the make up I guess I need to invest more than once.
Right now I would take 5% as it stands.
The sched looks fine to me, I might even take another 5% block if I have a good week.
I guess I would vote for 70:30 at this stage
As you can see I don't know what I think yet and can't really give you much input to go off which is why I haven't replied until now.
I hope my reply sets the ball rolling though

From an investors point of view the two options are good. From your point of view ppl who come in for the 70/30 are much more likely to pull out at the end of each period and this may cause a headache going forward as you will be left owing the 50/50 ppl make up but needing new investors to keep the project rolling.
We all know in the poker world that stakers often have to pull the plug on investing for periods of time, due to downswings real lifeaments etc.
If I were you I would go with one or the other as this could turn into a massive headache for you.
