i think if he doesn't bet on the turn he has showdown value and wants to call (or has the nuts). as my line looks fos i think he should call quite wide.
that said, i do think i bet too big.

problem is his range has to be pretty weak, marginal showdowns/bluff catcher hands so the bigger you bet the less likely he is to call (as he needs to be right a higher% of the time as your bet increases), even though your line is really odd and you don't really rep anything I think the more polarised you make yourself in a spot like that to a thinking player the less likely you are to get hero'd.

why would you get called less often when youre polarised and unlikely to have the nuts? wouldn't i have more bluffs than nuts?

you have very few hands in your range here that you'd be bluffing with, but plenty you could be value betting
