What does competent on the pc mean?

Do you mean building/repairing a PC or working on one, if so what application knowledge is required might help!

Competent meaning better than my Nan. Need to sit and do something but tilted so wanna go bed instead- u just need to be able to say the same thing in multiple ways, open multiple email accounts and possibly switch ip addresses
