id fold river. best play is prolly to c/f turn vs such villain - he raised 3way MP vs an utg range + >200bb deep. also our flop sizing is doing everything but inducing light plays/bluffs so i expect to bluff very often and he rarely overplays TT-QQ.

agreed, I have seen people have QQ/ KK a few times but they've always bet like $5 otr, if he did that I might sigh call.
