whoever was in charge of the signings, di canio or someone else or a bit of both presumably should be pretty accountable. Had a very big squad last season and most of this

Jeremy Wray, who was chairman and brought in Di Canio, resigned/was pushed a while ago.  Andrew Black was an old mate of Jeremy Wray, and as far as I know, Jeremy Wray had shares in betfair near the beginning.

FWIW Jeremy Wray used to grind the STTs back in the day on betfair.
