Cathy just got back to me with a couple of links.  She says gluten free vegan isn't really her thing (she tried gluten free and hated it), but these are a couple of links to keep you going while she digs out some more...

http://www.theglutenfreevegan.com/

Not all of the recipes in the next link are gluten free, but you'll find a few and might be able to work with some of them.

http://veganmenu.blogspot.co.uk/

This link has loads of recipes, so take your pick...

Good luck!

I bet when Hugh Hefner dies, you won't hear anyone say, "He's in a better place."

Thanks a lot. Had a look at some of the food and actually sounds really good. My missus is on a diet for an abroad wedding we got to go, and she was salivating to VEGAN food when I sent her the link. Bless

Think going to go along the lines with Vietnamese summer rolls with a spicy dip followed by 3 bean chilli with gluten/wheat free tortillas. If its boring just whack load of spice to mask the blandness

is the fat duck that good?

my friends said it was ok

and said the experience is better then the food

Your friend is right. Great place to go once, menu barely ever changed so you need a long time between to go the second time. Food still decent but the experience is really good, the first time anyway.
A good pal of mine did a load of work on a land deal for a client who promised to take my friend and the lawyer to the Fat Duck if the deal went well, which it did.

They turned up for lunch and go for the tasting menu but chose the cheapest wine match option from the waiter. He then went for a piss and the lawyer beckons the waiter back over and says they have changed their mind and would opt for the spunkier wines with every course.

They lunch for about 4 hours and throughout the poor guy keeps saying how nice the wines were and how happy he was not wasting money on the expensive list. The bill arrived for £2.4k. He was about to flip out but looked to see his two dining buddies just crying laughing.
