Villain is playing really passively playing around 37/14 over 60 hands.

Should we be flatting pre V someone this passive/fishy/limpy? Should we fold to the min 4B?

This isn't really a min 4bet, it's actually a pretty reasonably sized one, as is his bet otf. Kinda like it from his perspective :p

I wouldn't really ever flat the 4bet I don't think, I'd either go with it pre or flat the original raise. Not sure there's ever going to bet that much wrong with getting it in with AK 6 handed, but there are certainly a lot of merits towards just calling pre instead of 3betting in this sort of position. I'm sure everyone is now going to say that going all in with AK in these spots is so 2010, but hey, I'm a little slow :p

Yea I guess flatting pre is good. If he does have hands I dominate like AQ AJ KQ I can still stack him on the right flop without losing value from not 3Bing pre V this guy.

I also agree that 3B,GII can't be terrible. Think I took worst possible choice :p

Is 3B/fold bad?

I think you want to be getting it in here pre. Particularly in 6max people tend to be more aggro than most and have wider ranges for 3betting & getting it in.

It ain't great vs a fish but you can't really avoid this spot with 50bb after a CO open. If he was like 50/4 over a huge sample and he only 3x's really strong hands then I'd just peel pre. Given the situation I'm 3betting huge though, hoping he peels everything and you'll win a ton by just betting most flops.
