HEM 2 Seating issues

I'm having some issues with setting up the preferred seating on HEM. Basically, the option is not where it says it should be on the website (in HUD settings), and it is instead under a tab called "site options" where there is no option to apply the changes, causing them to reset to a default (which could be anywhere on the table). The same goes for if I try and do it on the table itself using the HUD options. Little help?

You could try posting on the forum, maybe quicker than emailing support. Always had a prompt reply on the forum.

FYI, consensus seems to be PT4>>>>>HEM2 atm.

They moved it to "site set-up"

You have to click on each site name individually to set it up, it's at the bottom of the box.

Yh I found that option, but there doesn't seem to be a button to apply the new setting? It seems to register that I've set a preference on the table, but within minutes the change no longer appears on HEM (it defaults back to "none") and the stats change places on the table. Getting very frustrating :p
