I know it's very low because Neal Ardley is in the top 40, or is it 30, and we only appointed him in very late 2012.

I was told today that the answer is indeed 2, with those named by rwinsun, however superwomble has named Ardley as another!!!?!

I was told 2 for over 5 years, and 5 in total for 4 or more years!?

ardley doesn't count as over 4 or  over 5 years infact it's 2 years
