Looking for a cheap tablet for my mother (she is 74)

All she needs it for is browsing Youtube and using google, so basic is good , no bells and whistles needed.

Ideally 10 inch.

fwiw I opted for a hudl 2. It's not quite 10" but is very clear and viewable from a decent range of angles.
