By way of compensation, the dealer has dark hair, dark eyes, and a stunning combo of ruby earrings and lipstick.

GL Tom. Thought I was playing less, but a year yikes.

You doubled up yet?

Nope.

As usual I seem to have the smallest stack on the table.

Not just the smallest stack amount wise, but also the smallest number of chips regardless of denomination wise.

I'm a true grinder in the sense that the more I grind it the smaller it gets.

You don't see many nits and grinder begging for staking!!!

I have been known to sell the occasional horse shit sandwich.

I stood up because I had a touch of cramp. As I limped around trying to shake it off the photographer lady said "Gammy leg?"

"Me too" I replied. "what's wrong with yours?"

Busto!

Got moved to a new table. Had 17k with blinds 600/1200.

3 limpers on my BB. I push with 8c 9c, all fold.

Next hand I find 77 in the sb. Seat 7 makes it 2500, they fold to me. I push again, he calls me with QJ and flops two more queens.

Might play it again sometime later in the week if time permits.

Made day 2 with 217k thanks to a treble up near the end of the day

I move all in from the bb for 70k with 99 after utg raises and sb flats, they both call the 70k

672 flop, utg moves all in, sb folds and shows TT and my nines hold up against utg's 88

Think I owe that guy a drink for getting those tens to fold Cheesy
