who decides the groups? england:  not one nation in their group can call themselves a team. yet scotland get 2 top seeds?

the seeding was dependant on results in competive matches over the past 8 years

croatia is a 2nd seed and i think france were

Like a lot of Englishmen, I get behind all UK teams in interational competitions. shame most scots and welsh dont feel the same

I used to get behind them also, but over the years hearing nothing but negativity towards Englands progress from ALOT of Scots/Welsh and Irish that my feelings are now that i really dont care less.

Not saying i want them all to fail but in the same breath i dont care if they succeed .
