Trump bashing again.

How the media have sucked you all in.

Granted, he makes some howlers, but even yesterday when with all the Haloween kids, the first and main thing I read is some joke about how the kids are all thin enough to justify giving them some sweets, but the reality is, it looked a good humoured entertaining afternoon, but the media have fed us all a gaff to send us all up in arms again.

The economy over there is booming, infrastructure is getting a massive boost, and everyone I deal with over there is delighted with how its going.

Of course, everyone wanted him to fail, it doesn't fit the agenda, so we get fed a steam of one sided BS.

His handling of the N Koreans has us all on the edge of our seat, but they have been planning their nuclear strategy long before Trump took power, so who is to blame for turning a blind eye?

I get the impression Trumps calling them out has dampened their resolve(if I am wrong there will be non of us left to tell me Im wrong too Wink).

As a person he doesnt float my boat, but I dont get all the hate and that he is historys biggest mistake....just yet.

As for Blair being a good guy and getting a tough time of it......lololol

For example, I'm surprised how gentle the criticism has been regarding Cameron's legacy as PM.  In 30 years time, regardless of where you sit on Brexit, it's surely obvious that this wasn't something you should have taken a punt on to fix an internal party problem and he surely only did so under the arrogant assumption that there was no way it would actually happen when it came to being voted on.  Surely that's how history will ultimately remember him.

Yeah, Cameron's premiership will be remembered by one phrase - Brexit. Same as Eden (Suez), Callaghan (Three-day week) and Blair (Iraq, which is a bit unfair as he was in the job ten years and did introduce the minimum wage but history can be cruel).

Three day week was under Heath. Callaghan was "Winter Of Discontent" Smiley

Aaaagh - I’m an idiot. I meant to say Callaghan was ‘Crisis? What Crisis’ (even though he never actually said those words)

That Tea Act seems pretty silly in hindsight.
