Found out today that the nice people at 32 Red are able to send me to Vegas for pretty much the whole of the first week of the WSOP, so I'm going from Monday the 26th of June to the following Monday (3rd of July). This means that I'll be in Vegas for my birthday, therefore all blondes in Vegas at that time are duly welcome to come out for a drink on the Saturday night. Cool
The plan now is to build up a Vegas bankroll and play at least one of the events, might never get the chance again.

Finally, 32Red have said they can put me up in Harah's, so I was wondering if anyone had been there and could let me know what it is like?

Card room there is ok - the 11am tourney is very cheap and good value (i.e. populated by tourists and beginners). There was a loose low-limit game going there too - and the NL was friendly and safe when I played.

No idea on the hotel though. At least it's in a reasonable location on the strip.

Good luck with the WSOP event.

Nice card room, great position on the strip Smiley

Dam, I was proud when I took that tourney down.  Now I learn it's because they were all beginners and fellow tourists  Cheesy

Nah - This is from the last time I went. The time we both went and you won I'm pretty sure that everyone who was playing had just come over from the Bellagio because they found the games there were way too soft. That was a truly elite field when you won. It was the random tourists who kicked my ass....
 Cool
