Yes, I prefer the colours from this morning, much better. Probably better for the eyes when you are tired late at night as well!
I must be honest and say I am not so keen on the main site. When the ideas were put forward a while ago, there were some awesome ones. This one, I am not so keen on. It looks a little "busy and cluttered" as so much is going on. There are a couple of places that could do with aligning at the top of the page as well. Being hyper criticial, although of course it is not a problem, I think the buttons at the top of the web page need sorting out as they do not look right although I understand that the intention was to try and make them all the same size.
Personally I would like to see links to items such as "Online Poker Room" and "tournament reports" rather than them being on the front page.
Now I feel pretty sure I will be criticised for saying so many "negative" cooments but, Tikay and I used to be very close friends (when he used to email me!) and that was based on honesty. Even when the very first site was launched all those moons ago, he asked for my opinion on it before it was released as he knew I would be honest. I will continue to be that.
Having said all of that, I still think this is a big improvemnt from the original so a big well done to all concerned.

cheers for that, your comments are appreicated and have DEFINITELY been taken on board.

one thing I'd like to see changed on the new forum. we used to have different colours for visited  and unvisited links which made it very easy to see what page you'd read up to when reading long threads without having to go through the pages one by one. Can we have that back please?

other than that, good job

Hehe, nothing's changed Simon, I still feel the same about you & J, but I'm so far behind with e-mails & stuff it's untrue. Bear with me. I have got up-to date on RECENT e-mails - did that last week - but have dropped 3 days behind again since The Vic, & I did all except 6 or 7 PM's too, so they are nearly up to date.

Keep that constructive feedback coming too. Constructive & negative are different things. We've come a long way since tht first start, but we got a whole lot further to go, so feedback from guys like you who understasnd these things is needed.

I never saw any e-mails fom you, did I miss it? May still be in the "hardcore" backlog - I'll get there, I promise!

Good points. Funnily enough Snoops and I spoke about this yesterday.

Our view originally was that we'd rather give you too much information than not enough. The idea being we show you what we've got through front page "teasers" then you guys go "exploring" for the rest.

Point taken on board. It is an important one.

Great feedback - just what's needed.
