Just wanted to say what great staff luton have .
Dinah came over to me as i was sitting on my tod and gave me a magazine to read , i thought that was real sweet 
Helen the card room manager popped over to say hello a couple of times , then kindly gave me 2 bar vouchers to get something to eat , how nice is that ? .
And the sweet Italian ladie who kept walking passed asking me if i was ok .
What nice people work at the Grosvenor in Luton 
Made me feel very welcome and i look forward to going back soon 

Was great meeting Booder Tighty and Sherrif again , 3 really nice blokes

Charmaine - I'm sorry, I did intend to be there, but I had some probs at home with my plumbing (the house, not mine...) & then I realised it was the blonde Tourney last night, which I really ought to play.

2 tables of 5 handed and blinds of 300 600, I wanted to double rather than "wait" for the F/T. Unfortunately I ran my A5 into A10, mind you, I STILL think he would of laid it down. Playing the player and NOT the cards, this guy limped in front of me (I am the button). He had been limping with various "crap" hands and I felt he would even lay down a week ace as he had similar chips to me (6000 appox). He didnt and that was the end for me. However, the flop came A K 2 so I dont think I would of got away from it had I just limped.
