i agree with everything he says.

I used to work for BT a few years ago and re ad several letters of a similar vain.

But my all time favourite bloke was the small starting business man who's phoneline Bt failed to connect at the agreed time, due to him not being able to make calls to potential clients he took he decided the only course of action was to visit them personally...  in jamaica, new york, los angeles and london first class and 5 star hotels all the way, the finest restaurants is where he entertained his clients, scuba lessons in the carribean and hiring ferrari's and lamborghinis for days at a time and various other extremely expensive luxuries.

Of course on the completion of his world tour he wrote a small letter of complaint about the failure to deliver his services and that he had been forced to act in order to not lose any business and detailed his expenses and the bill which bt were expected to pay to his credit card company for around £25k asap.

During the phonecall that resulted it was pointed there was a phone box 50 yards from his business address and he was dreaming if he thought the bill would be paid by bt.

Can't blame him for trying.

Not a complaint letter, and not even a real letter, but still one of the funniest things that I've ever read!

How surprised I therefore was, when I discovered to my considerable dissatisfaction and disappointment what a useless shower of b*****ds you truly are. You are sputum-filled pieces of distended rectum incompetents of the highest order.

Keeping a note of that one for my next run-in with on-line poker support staff.

Quote
Doubtless you are no longer reading this letter, as you have at least a thousand other dissatisfied customers to ignore, and also another one of those crucially important on-hold moments to attend to. Frankly I don't care. It's far more satisfying as a customer to voice my frustrations in print than to shout them at your unending hold music. Forgive me, therefore, if I continue.

The whole thing had me in tears LMFAO
