Tiger Woods won $1.2m for winning the Open, not £1.4m.
And it's Ernie Els, not Ernie Else.
Is Richie Wild your real name? Do you have a sister called Deuces? I'm sure I've heard people refer to her at card games before.

Just read your blog thingy. Poker is 40% chance and 60% skill? Where did you get those figures from?

Who's Australian Jon Bachman, the guy who won you say won $7.9m at last years WSOP?
Might be a
on my part, but I think you mean Joe Hachem winning $7.5m.
Thanks for that. Updated. I wonder who Jon Bachman is then? Much poorer that's for sure!

Everyone knows that poker is 30% observation, 50% chance and 30% mathematics.
Nah seriously though, you can't really quantify this for "poker" as the skill vs luck element (or more quantifiably, your standard deviation) will vary depending on what form of poker you play.
I'd actually argue that most poker is 0% luck. Trouble is, explaining why to a layman (or mug punter) without boring them to tears.

Apparently links are bad for the "SEO" (i dunno what they are either) and because of this links were kept to an absolute minimum and clickable links in sigs were disabled.
I was being pedantic (out of character i know) as this doesn't appear to be the case with everyone.
I just don't like the old "one rule for one, another for everyone else" thingy, it annoys me.

I agree with the clicky link thing too, but i would of liked to see a thing where you can only get a clickable link in siggy with say 1000+ posts..
Or whatever figure was agreed, the seo thing is rubish!
