You're far too modest to point out that you knocked Howard Lederer out of this event last year.

 Shocked

did you Jen? please tell us more!

Hurrah for the Gripper.  Didn't know you were on our forum.  Delighted.  Oh, and can I write a player profile of you upon returning?

I only knocked out Lederer that one time because he had a very small stack and I had a very big hand and went on a bit of a raising bender right before the end of the day.  John risked undignified ejection from the ACF to get a picture which I nevertheless treasure to this day. Cheesy  I said hello to him here but he ignored me.  I think he was concentrating.

Yes I can't deny it Ironside.  No contest.

Not sure who Adam Lounis is other than that he's French and really quite young-looking but I included him in the chip counts a) because he's never been low-chipped, starting the day with 48,000 and is playing very agressively just like yesterday to get himself to almost double that by the end of the first level which is about to be announced.

Tikay keeps staring at Lederer and saying, "he's very large isn't he" which i'm not so sure is that polite but he means it like rugby/american football player.  Yes.

The more I hear about that Tikay fella, the more worried I get. Let's hope someone left the door to the Eurostar carriage open for him.

Nabil 'NabTheAce' Ayoubi OUT - The GetMinted qualifier was all-in on a board of Q Q Q J (two diamonds) with the Kd3d, but his opponent (Curt Kohlberg, I believe) held two black Aces to leave him drawing dead.  He headed out before I could chat to him with his cigar which presumably he can now smoke.

PLAYERS ON BREAK

Tikay IS in London.  He says he's coming back tonight.  Crazy, isn't he?
