What was the first fight you watched? I remember Tyson against Buster Douglas on ScreenSport ( old satallite channel ) . I was about 8 or 9 .
The first fight I watched was Tyson Vs Berbick. I was 7.

That sounds great, my father has always wanted to goto Vegas for his 50th, but missed it last year. So hopefully in 2 years time we get to go for my 21st. Would be amazing going to PBF-Hatton but I bet ticket prices will cost a fortune.
Make sure you post their photos on here

De La Hoya is the PPV King for one reason. The hispanic population. It's huge and loves boxing.
Sorry but Pacquiao has had a handful of good fights and is not in the Barerra/Morales mould.
PBF is the best P4P, love to see Ricky fight him.

First I remember was my old man letting me stay up to watch Marvellous Marvin Hagler fight in the US. When we moved back over he put most of his money on Hagler to beat Minter.... my Mum never knew how much
- but he always weighed us in when he had a win, so she was happy.
BTW will Hatton have his tame ref when he fights?

Ring champion for 2 years. His first loss was from a technical ko via a lowblow, second loss he couldn't make the weight.
He's beat Ledwaba, Sanchez, Battery, Vaquez, knocked Marquez down 3 times in 1st round, first man to KO Morales, and embarrased Barrera. Paquiao is a 4 weight champion. On top of that he's now fighting Larios, and has called out Marzuez & John, this guy doesn't take many easy fights.
He is definetly in the Barrera/Morales mould, and he has achieved more, most boxing experts i.e Bert Sugar has said Pacman is one of the best featherweights of all time.

Why did PBF refuse 8mill? Surely that most be the biggest purse for a Welterweight bout.
What is the biggest Boxing purse of all time?
Not sure about purses, but Oscar De La Hoya is the biggest PPV seller of all time. I think he got over $20 mill to fight Hopkins, may get more against Floyd. Oscar brings the money to table, Floyd will get less than Oscar.
Here is list from boxrec of top 7 Boxing PPV's sold.
1. Tyson-Holyfield II 1,990,000 buys
2. Tyson-Lewis 1,800,000 buys
3. Oscar De La Hoya v Felix Trinidad 1,400,000 buys
4. Oscar De La Hoya v Bernard Hopkins 1,000,000 buys
5. Oscar De La Hoya v Shane Mosley II 950,000 buys
6. Oscar De La Hoya v Fernando Vargas 935,000 buys
7. Oscar De La Hoya v Ricardo Mayorga 875,000 buys
You see Oscar is minted!!
I guess that the top one is where Tyson bit off Holyfield's ear.
That was the last PPV fight that I watched, stayed up until 5am and paid £15 for that load of bollox.
I felt like I had been conned and swore that I would never pay again.
I wonder how many others felt like me and did the same ?
