Does anyone remember the Ian Allan Trainspotters Books.

We used to underline the numbers of every steam engine we kopped. Well edgy stuff.

Well where do we start with this post?   Grin       Steam engines?  Weren't they prominent in the Victorian age?

Tikay the trainspotter eh?  Well I never.......although must have been tricky not to misread those engine numbers !!   thumbs up

i do remember a little pocket book called the observer book of trains, I had as a kid, chock full of black and white pictures and details about the locomotives.

Loved that book, wonder what happened to it....

When we were little boys, my brother Tracy and I got a Timex watch each as a main chrissie pressie. Tracy lost his soon after.

Many years later, we moved back on to the same camp, and he found it. It still works to this day

There is a medical term for that Tikay...bus drivers and train drivers get it....its to do with all that jigging around all day.
