What r the most important thing new players should look at learning to help progress.

Been playin online for about 3months have learn a lot from single tablet tourn think i got pretty gd hand selecting apart from cant put down j with medium card with it never get anything out of it, and reading players on the table. Winning the lower end tables tourns quite a bit at least normally last 3. Any tips for progressing game at this stage ?

All help much appreicated. loveing poker at the min lots of fun
