I watched the St Maartins cpc on the box last night. Spotted this bloke in a WH shirt in the background having a whale of a time. The same chap was spotted at the WSOP this year and indeed other places, never see him playing but always see him around. What a life! Any idea who it was? He seemed to grin every ime someone went all in....... I wish I had his job!

This would have been a better reply..... quoted from the blonde tv page on http://blondepoker.com/tv/013000.html:

"11.45pm-1.10am
Challenge
Caribbean Poker Classic - Nine players battle it out on St Martins in a game of no-limit Texas Hold 'Em, beginning with 4,000 dollars in chips, with commentary by Jim Van Horne and Matt Savage."

Robert, was that the Pro challenge or the final of the CPC  main event?

the guy in the background never plays in these events for one reason. He is crap.

Coca919: Not sure but keep an eye on that link above and you will find out in time. I have to say though, Challenge TV seems to repeat everything ad nauseum (sp?).

bobby1: It was the Final won by Steve Vladar.

Here was me thinking it was Smokin' Steve's coach in the background!

Bugger I missed it. The reason for the big celebration at the end other than being pleased for Steve was my bet at 8/1. Pete 'the Beat' didnt seem too pleased when he turned around and I was cheering in his face without realising it.

I am looking forward to the next blonde forum game whwer I ami to prove I am crap. Sad
