As ever I thought he came accross very well - he a good spokesman for British poker I feel.

Also the presenter (Victoria Darbyshire ?) obviously knew her way around a poker table.

I've met Victoria when I used to do some interviews for 5Live and appear on "Wake Up to Money" and she was on breakfast duty

Hehe, I was just about to post this as well.

Not only did she steal Fi's bloke, but then wrote a big double page spread in the Daily Mail about "what it was like to be the 'other woman' in a relationship".

Sadly, I'd imagine this was also a huge reason why Fi left Five Live - she was the best thing on it by a mile.

yes yes Fi left because of that..shame she was great, a good broadcaster

Victoria Derbyshire is lovely though, smart with a hint of danger...I like that  Cheesy

to answer Tonji, I would be on as the "expert" guest a few times a month, repsonding to questions from Guy Ruddle and Mickey Clarke

I would have to be in the studio by 4.30am, have an hour to gen up on the topics to be covered and then bullshit for England for a few minutes on each

Occasionally I would then do the Radio 4 today programme slot at 6.20am

then a car, usually a Ford Scorpio, would whisk me off to work where I would arrive at 7am for another working day

and fall asleep by about 3pm!
