I would be interested to know if Jim reads this, if he would have called had I went all in preflop?

I was quite happy with my play and amount of chips/play left in the comp so no I would not of called an all in from you there, (fewer chips higher blinds then i call an all in 8/10 times)

With your 3 BB raise and with the holding i had i did not want to see aflop and thought you would lay down A rag to a raise for basically all ya chips.

And the only way i could fold for 500 flop bet is if an Ace came down.

Surely you'd be better off calling whatever came on the flop?

By my reckoning you're getting about 28:1 on your money and you wouldn't be that big a dog!

Maybe if the flop was AAA, and they flashed you an A, but i still call in the hope that a 5th A comes on the turn and u get a misdeal declared.
