Nice to see you on the up dates Tony. Is it Snoopy tomorrow?

First read of this tonight, as you click each page you hope your
favorite gets stronger so to see Rob go so soon is a Basser.

So as always good luck to YOYO and Simon from DTD and all the
other Blondes not forgetting DC.

My final Table

John Gale
Tony G
Phil Helmuth
YOYO
Chubbs
DC

Dark horse Ram V "or is that crazy"

Good Luck

Regards

watching EPT deauville on eurosport again ...  for the cool bubbling ...

Hoorah for the Wifi - back on track... never thought of the bubble as particularly cool, but that's very generous of you...

I think John Gale was laughing at that pic of him (or it could have been a menacing sort of noise)

Hi.....

First off all.... Nice coverage there Tikay and Jen... Excellent

Could you get a chip count on the danes (Theo, Jan V., Fredrik H., Grundtvig, etc)

And some about their action, stories from the lobby etc...

And if Theo is still in... Wish him luck from ;-)

Wow, that's a tough one, so I've sent - sorry, asked - Jen to sort it.....

80 players remain from today's original 117 or 118. They are on 8 tables of 10.

Blinds are 200-400, Running Ante 25 (how cool is that?, we are 30 minutes into Level 5 after 9 hours!), & the average stack is 21,582. (They began with 15k).

The very thought makes me ache to play these type of comps. Think I'll try & save up my pennies & try & play some of these these jobbies.

The only gripe I would have - were I playing - would be I'd prefer to play 8 or 9 to a table. At 10 to a table, everyone is squished up terribly. Always seem to be the way that pokerists get all scrunged up, too many round an inadequately-sized table. Guess it cuts down on dealer costs, & frees up tables for revenue earning cash games.

Is it to differentiate between the EPT– poker stars 9 seat set up?

Qualifier Feature Now -

Edward Rhee - qualified on Upperclass Poker, and this is his first live tournament of any kind of size - he was watching the action yesterday and keeping one semi-forlorn eye out for any representatives who look after online qualifiers, but, alas, was left all on his own...

In this picture he's scooping probably his biggest pot of the night, putting his shortstacked opponent all-in for 5,050 on the river and taking the 7k pot down.

Matt Tyler Takes Hit News Now -

That most recent of counts for him (23k) comes after some bad Aces on the button.  He raised, and got called by both blinds.  The flop came raggy with two hearts.  Check to Matt, who bets nice and sizeably, only to find the small blind re-raising and the big blind pushing in!  He folds, and, to his surprise, so does the small blind, despite putting in around 3/4 of his stack!

It has come to our attention that there may be a slight delay (13 hours or so) for the End of Day chip counts to get to us, and therefore you, so I am going to go on a wander with Rolf to see if we can kind of do our own highly professional rough version.  Bear with me...
