Tomorrow I resolve to make no serious posts whatsoever (unless they are directly related to poker.)

I'm so far up my own ass today it's unreal.

I second that, get over yourself tank.  Cheesy

As some will know criticising people for spelling or grammar is a pet hate of mine, the original post however was a joke.
Then nem decided that swearing at me and asking if i was pissed was appropriate (another whoosh methinks).
You are right Tank, that's what i think will happen, i asked Nem if he would like to pay me £10 for every instance of someone mentioning spelling now there is a spellcheck, he wisely declined.

LOL.

TBH, How many times has a poster on blonde been mocked for mis-spelling? Only twice since I've been here. It rarely happens, and now that the spell checker is avalible for everyone to use, it is very unlikely to happen again.

To be fair Nem, I've seen it twice in the last week.

As it is ifm's right not to use it if he so wishes, any misspellings in his posts will make them stand out, and thus more likely to be directly targeted by such criticisms.

LOL ask Bolt!
There were entire threads deleted because some people went out of their way to belittle posters spelling.
Ironside deleted them, i tell no lies.

Nem

I beg to differ

Got me all worried about my spelling here.

I seem to remember there was a member that was torn apart about spelling and grammer, so bad so that someone even offered paying for schooling, this went on quite awhile.

It made me use word for all my spelling and then paste to the forum.

So you don’t remember the last time you saw someone taking the micky out of someone’s bad spelling? Try looking at yesterday’s posts.

That’s why I asked when this new feature was added. Not having a pop mate, just telling you how it is.

You needn't on this of all threads.

Any mistakes in your arrangement of letters can be passed off as an ironic joke.

In the last week.....

RedSimon to inthebelly on the Online Gambling Debts thread.

Tightend to M3boy on the Father's Day thread.

thetank to everyone on the fictional thread in my mind.

....and another I can't quite remember, but was sure I saw it somewhere.
