These questions have been bothering me all day today.  I wonder if anyone can answer them for me.

1.  Why does Rod Stewart wear a kilt?  He is English.   I did consider the fact that Scottish males are considered more manly than other nations in the British Isles ( Some foreign nations think Scottish people are rough and tough thugs that eat haggis and wear kilts  Cheesy ).  He seems to always have an attractive wife.  Could he be using his fake Scottishness as a way to attract beautiful partners?.   However as he plays for the celebratory Scottish football team, his kilt wearing ways may just be a ploy to make people feel sorry for him when his team lose the match.

2. How would you class Steve Coogan ?   Is he an actor, comedian or impressionist?.  I am not a great fan of his work.

3. If England win the World Cup, will Theo Walcott receive a medal even though he hasn't played a game during the competition?

4. When a team loan a player to another club. How does this benefit the team that own the player?.  Is this purely done to allow the player to gain experience?

5. Did you agree with Luis Figo's gamesmanship during tonight's match?

6. I remember this track from a few years back.  In my memory it was a big hit, however some friends today said they had never heard of it.  Has my mind created a false memory or is this a song anyone else can remember?

1. I am reminded of Mrs Merton's question to Mrs Paul Daniels Debbie McGee:

"What first attracted you to the millionaire Paul Daniels?"

2. All three. Alan Partridge was brilliant, film work very iffy. New comedy Saxondale shows promise. I'm a fan

3. Yes

4. Experience, getting a player back to fitness, temporarily reduce wa\ge bill, put player in shop window priot to sale. All reasons

5. No, but he'll be banned anyway.

6. Welcome back to blonde Sark. I've missed you today..

I don't like the song either, but when I woke up this morning it was swirling around in my mind.  I thought at first, I had been visited by a demon during the night and had been changed into a club raver.  You Tube helped me see that in fact it was a memory that must have been stored in my unconscious mind.  It is like "Saturday Night " by Whigfield,  I hated that song as well. Unfortunately it is etched into my mind due to a Spanish holiday I took in 1994. It was played over and over and over again.

Coogan was an impressionist (Spitting Image), a comedian (Paul Calf was his stand up act) and is an actor (err... Around the World in Eighty Days... ?)

So yes, all of the above.

I had this record playing in my head this morning but i had no idea where i'd heard it before.

"when you cry, i cry, i cry along with you". its by tok, i dowloaded it soon after but still have no idea why i woke up with the tune playing in my head or where i'd heard it before.

tune though.
