Saddened by the news of this mans passing, a working class yorkshire lad who made his mark in the upper class dominated sport of cricket... he will be missed.

RIP Mr Trueman

I met Mr Trueman at a sportsmans dinner(he was the speaker) we had a few years ago,he was so nice,had time to talk to everyone.

will be missed by many am sure.

i grew up listening to him and arlott,johnston, blofeld etc on the radio, always good value
