Did anyone else watch this?

I don't want to sound harsh but I hope the show improves over time it reminded me of something from the 80's.

Started to watch this last night and the presenters were Malcolm "the rock" Harwood and Lyndsey Horne. Lyndsey was recently on pokerzone with Tikay and she is also the traffic reporter on Five live. Although the format was ok, I thought it was a bit rough round the edges and the sound quality wasn't good.
One thing that puzzles me is that poker 425 had to change to channel 854, but now this new shows is on channel 440, doesn't make sense to me.

Too easy to be critical of a new show. Need to give it time. Mind you, the implication that it is worse than Poker425 sounds slanderous  Cheesy

I must take a look as they filmed the Paddy Power Gutshot Media comp which I finalled in (6th), knocking out Snoopy on the way (hehe - sorry mate). Don't often see myself on TV (thankfully).

Malcolm is a really top bloke, I hope it succeeds.

Thanks for your comments guys.

Few initial teething problems with having to change channels and move studios all within 4 weeks. Still waiting on soundproofing and the London Broadcasting station to be able to broadcast in widescreen??? Hopefully you will see some vast improvements in the future as apart from Lynsey we are all totally new to this area.

oh and ifm

We aren't rivals to Blonde in the slightest, although we both have the same objections and that is to promote and lift this great game of poker we take different routes to achieve this. (and with the TV, 425 is a totally different type of show)

And me and Tikay are great friends (even though he is always trying to get me drunk  Cheesy )

I thought the graphics where too much, if you timed the actual content of the show I bet it was under 30mins. I must have seen "A poker world..its the nutz" over and over again, flashing across the tv. It looked like graphics from 20 years ago, very old fashioned and dated. That being said I like the interview with lucy R, just was not long enough. Content is king...

gl in the future shows.

I ended up watching the rest of the show. Agreed that it is different to the 425 show and I guess if they are both weekly shows that there is room for both.
Good luck with future shows.
