Alan McLean 204k (Oldest Man in Poker)

Surely the 2nd??

Behave Tractor Boy.

Meanwhile, Jim Dunsford is OUT, & jolly unlucky he was, too.

Jim had  , Steve Jelenik had  , & the first card out was a pesky

Well played Jim.

5 left. 6th paid £3,000, 5th will get £4,300.

Steve Jelenik makes a move with  , Ash Hussain moves in with  , & Steve is Pot-Stuck, so has to call. No dramas, & Ash gets a nice double-up.

It's all going wrong for Steve Jenik. It's tough to get off 7-8 on a flop of  3-5-6 flop, but Jim Kerrigan was going nowhere with his 7-7, & it held up, & Steve's stack takes a whack.

..but the Poker Gods sort it out the very next hand, & Steve very near busts Alan McLean with A-T v K-J on an A-J-x flop, and another A rivered.

Alan busted out the next hand, for 5th, & £4,300

Thanks Tony.

TB and I used to frequent Wandsworth snooker club and the spielers South of the river in the late 70's and early 80's,

Sid the milkman's gaff was one. We also used to play at the Mazurka in the West End.

He's as mad as a hatter but a diamond. He could tell you a few stories....... Roll Eyes

He's just told me a few stories Ralph - WOW! Colin Kennedy was in your little team too, I gather. Anyway, TB has declined a TV Interview, he don't do TV he tells me.

He likes to tell the story about how he bokked me, that was a bokking I had time to reflect on  Roll Eyes

And wth £48,000+ in play, discussions are, shall we say, "vigorous".

Steve Jelenik takes another stack-whack, when his AQ is pipped by Tim Man's AK, & Tim is a MONSTER now.

The "deal" appears to be Steve Jelenik £12k (because he was chip Daddy at the time) & the other 3 guys £10k each, leaving £6k each to play for.

Hi Tikay, fine work as ever, bit cross with my play today after doing the ActionJack plod all day yesterday to get in a decent position, just a bad read and frustration at having to play without any hands for two hours. I can't believe he took so long to call with QQ five handed, has he not seen me play!?

Good to meet u properly Tony, and ty for the kind words, altho i play mainly online i'm having a crackin year offline, take a look at the hendon mob database

Have to tell u a hand from yesterday, me and Jim Kerrigan sat two apart for eight hours or so. Late on, dealer is, well, dealing, and accidentally flicks over  which should be Jim's first card. She deals on and of course gives him the last card. He is second to speak and makes a big show of 'I hope for your sake that queen wasn't important (joking of course), and looks impressed at his cards and raises. I'm two to him left, look down to find  and reraise. He stares me down and then stares at the dealer, saying your replacement wasn't bad, showing  , but if you could have left the  face down I'd have been a lot happier...and he shows  . I think maybe all the chips go in if he keeps the queens....I told Jim I'd tell him what I had one day....feel free to tell him what a lucky chap he is hehe.

Good luck to all those left

Thank you Mr Cake, the feeling is mutual, & I really do think that's some game you have there.

Meanwhile, the four survivors are battling on here. It' just selfish - I have a 3 or 4 hour drive to get home. Sigh.
