I'm going to stay at the travelodge which is 5-6 miles away, I'll have my car so its not a problem for me, £26 a night is a bargain too

sorry if this has already been asked - i've been away for a few days and had a quick look but couldn't see an answer....
I'm trying to figure out how many nights I need to stay for - I've seen the rough agenda on Tikay's post, and am wondering if I need to stay for a night on the 8th... i.e. what time are all the events starting - should I risk driving up from London on the Saturday?  Also what time will things end on the Sunday roughly - should I stay another night on the 10th?  I'm planning to get involved in all the events if possible, but I've not been to one of these before so I'm not sure how things usually proceed.  Cheers!!!
