Ok in all seriousness maybe everyone should post where there local watering hole (town/city) is - and from that we could make some sort of short list!
My local is Preston - it's just full of bloody students tho! BUT plenty of pubs!
Sadly there is 1 lapdancing club, but no wheelchair access <<< DON'T ask me how i know!
I keep thinking about Southport, but only been there once and was in no fit state to remember it! lol

My nearest is Croydon, south London. Not exactly central, jumping night life though, lots of licenced premises and some really quite serious stabbings on a busy night.
