To be honest i just looked at the prices from the first of the 9 betting sites i have bookmarked. And i just used that as an example - i'm not trying to get the best price for Faldo to win, Woods should win that 3-ball in his sleep.

9-1 (or 8-1 if it was 9.0) just seems way too big for a player who is still competing week in week out on the regular tour.

Sadly, I don't think Faldo will compete in the event this year. Shame really as he is one of my golfing heros, certainly the one I admire the most.

I've had a couple of sneeky pounds on Nick Dougherty - he knows the course well apparently
