Internet Explorer 7- text trouble!

Just downloaded IE7 and whilst browsing all the smallish text is fuzzy, The regular and bold text, pictures and animation is fine but its just the smaller stuff and its making my eyes hurt

Has any one ese had this problem and what could any body suggest i do to over come it (I bet ya getting bored of my computer stupidity)

Is it because the text size is too small?

Goto View > Text Size and adjust

It might also to do with ClearType and your monitor settings:

Thankyou for that LukieD,  Changed the font size to larger and adjusted the ClearType settings and now its lovely .

CTRL AND + OR - changes the text size...

Doesnt it zoom or shrink the whole page on IE7?
