Have Bowmans said what the problem is? is it not simply a case of them setting up a tournament for us tonight with the same structure as the cancelled one last night?

It's two hours to go and it's not up.
Probably, this means that it won't be on, as it can't be guaranteed now that everyone will play. i.e. it won't be on, for just the reason that Claw says, namely that too many people will be gutted if they go out now and come back to find that it was put on at the last minute.

just a thought - has anyone tried pinging the manager innocently explaining that they're looking for the game that has been advertised? might be a quick way to get a 'it's cancelled' or 'we're working on getting it up' answer one way or the other....

Problem is, we don't know how much Bowman's knows about this 'rescheduled' affair, I can just picture us trying to explain it all to some bemused Bowman's worker who maintains that the tourney is always on a Monday, and what are we talking about anyway?  |
