What a great result, anyone else watch the GP?  Very exciting all the way through I thought.

Well raced Jenson, let's hope that's the first of many Smiley

So so pleased for him, He is an excellent driver but the cars reliability has let him down so many times.

Give him a stronger car and he will be a force in the coming years

Maybe but he was catching him at over a second a lap before that, wether he could take him well we'll never know but either way a great drive to come from 14th.

I'm not so sure that's the case anyway, he was in the lead after Alonso went to the pits to change tyres and in the faster car.  He may well have won it anyway.

It doesnt matter how he won, he won !!

I thought the idea of formula 1 was that the most reliable car wins anyway.

A load of overpaid prima donnas driving cars round in circles at half decent speeds .... not like those footballers that have to graft for their wages Wink

I cant believe people actually pay good money to go to circuits to watch F1 ... what do they do , just stand there and go "there goes a car............ there goes another one  ........ ooooohhhhhhhhh theres another one" ...... oh yeah, then after watching the over paid nancy boys driving round for ages, they leave and sit in their own cars for 5 hours in a traffic jam waiting to get away from the track ...

I would rather poke my eyes out with a sharp stick.

I'm not a big fan of F1. But I would love to go and watch a Grand Prix live.

My favorite sport.  I love everything about it, I used to live about half a mile away from Knockhill racing circuit.  I have a locals knowledge of all the areas where you can sneak in without paying  Cheesy

I used to go regularly to the Grand Prixs, Brands Hatch & then later Silverstone. Fantastic events to go to, especially as we had Pit Passes Roll Eyes
The sound of a start of a F1 race is something else (& surprisingly painful). And the smell....its like petrol & money mixed with hot dogs.

F1 is ok

but i find sitting at the mickey d's in cumbernauld and watching the traffic is more exciting!!

oh and sark ive lived within a couple of miles of knockhill for more than thirty years, if you really know how to get in for free then let me know because it cost me over a £100 for the weekend a couple of weeks ago!!!
