Not sure if anyone's interested in tennis betting, but I've been getting into it recently and thought I'd share my views and bets for the day.  All in the Toronto Masters event.

Haas to beat Mirnyi.   7-1 to Haas in the h2h.  Haas has a better record on hard courts and won the Countrywide Classic.  He's also on a better streak having won his last 5 matches (all on hard courts).  Mirnyi is yet to get further than the 3rd round on this surface.

Stepanek to beat Vliegen.  Could really go either way I feel but I'm probably going with Stepanek today.  They've only played once and that was two years ago.  Stepanek is the higher ranked and the main reason for the bet.

Also going with Verdasco, Ginepri and Nieminen to win.  All playing qualifiers and all should have easy games.  Tempted to go for 2-0 in sets in these.

My bet of the day - Tursunov to beat Bracciali

Tursunov is in pretty good form at the moment reaching in Washington last week and prior to that made the final in the Countrywide Classic a week earlier (lost to Haas). He also made another final earlier in the year. Braccaiali (from my limited knowledge) doesn't seem to have the best results on this surface. He made the semis a couple of weeks back but lost to low ranked Simone Boleili and didn't play any decent opposition prior to that in the event.

Head to head is only 1-0 to Turs but I think 2-0 is coming.

Henman vs Murray going to be very interesting.  I will stick my neck out and go for Henman.

I'm looking forward to watching it but as for betting on it, I'm leaving it alone.
