I'm always amazed at how easy it would be to "lift" chips from Venues, they leave trays of them laying around. In fact, on reflection, I imagine it must happen a lot.
I always make a point of adding up the Chips on a Final Table to see if they tally with the correct amount, (allowing for colouring up), & I've three times refused to allow a final Table to start when the chips did not tally.

So i'm guessing that as you've only made one final table in the last 6 months that you were doing the blonde updates on the other two occassions?

Closer.....
As it happens, I looked myself up on the Hendon Mob Database this morning, my ego needed stroking......They list 13 Festival cashes for me at Luton in 3 years, out of about 30 odd in total, & my only two "Official" wins were at Luton. And, to be fair, I never "really" won either of them, business was done in both cases.
For me, it's Lucky Luton!

right, i've done loads of searching on the internet for a decent set of chips and for europe, there is hardly any on offer, all the ones shown in the links are plastic 13g chips. the best place in the uk to buy chips (good chips, casino quality chips) is
http://poker.marlowcasinochips.com/
they stock paulsons, tr kings, chipcos amoungst many others. They do come at a price and you won't be able to beat the price by buying in the US and shipping to the uk. Trust me, i've tried. I suggest you buy samples of the chips you like the look of and see which one you want to buy.
i've got samples of loads of chips but never bought any from marlow. I got involved with a group buy on another forum. A good option if you don't mind waiting a while for the chips. they can get very cheap to.
got any questions please ask, i probably know more about poker chips than actually playing poker lol
