Trip to Casualty

I spent a few hours up at casualty last night.
Ever since i moved out of the family home some 4 years ago now i have dreaded "that" phone call from the ex saying something has happened to one of the kids (i have 3 daughters, 13, 9 and 6).
It turned out the ex had brought a stray Rottweiler into the house that bit my youngest EllieAnne on the hand, it was nothing serious just 2 small puncture wounds, a quckish clean up, some anti biotics and a SLING!! she's fine.
It just made me realise just how helpless i really am when it comes to the kids, even though i am 5 mins away i have absolutely no control over their lives.
I was literally sick last night when i was thinking about it.

After seeing the poor little boy on tv this week mauled by a dog , you have my sympathy ifm ,thank god she's ok
