I agree with good service but Customer Service, thats another story. I also have had nightmares in the past when anything needs sorting. Funny this topic coming up today because I have to spend 2 hours of my day talking to SKY customer service and tech support. They were a million times worse imo.
In the last 2 months I have made 16 phone calls to SKY and had 1 engineer out to still not have my problem sorted out. Today, I made 4 phone calls, got cut off twice and spoke to a total of 7 people. Gave my full details out 7 times, got called Mr twice and had my surname changed by 4 people. Problem sorted? Nope!!!
