I am so happy!

I decided to join Slimming World after joining the gym/swimming pool, and after my first week I've lost 3.5lbs, if I do the same this week that'll be half a stone in a fortnight! I've got lots to lose but it's been a great start and the diet is so easy! I'm aiming for a stone before bb3... but we'll have to see! (I'm really looking forward to it by the way!)

By bb4, you won't recognise me!

My late wife was always starting diets, but never going through with it.
My best wishes go to you,but please......stick with it,you know it makes sense.

P.S. specially in those cold dark winters days when you only lose 1/2 pound per week.

Good luck Poppet , saw my niece yesterday and she's lost 1 1/2 stone since she joined weight watchers !!
