Sorry to mention it again but I feel as though I could announce it to the world!
I lost 3.5lbs on my diet last week, and 4.0lbs this week so its 7.5 altogether which is over half a stone in two weeks! I was slimmer of the week as well!
I'm absolutely over the moon!!
