Anybody else getting sick and tired of these morons constantly spamming the chatbox on tribeca??
Should do what stars do and only let people chat when they have the comp buyin in their account.

Agreed, sick to death of them. The good part of it is that it reminds me to close the chat lol

I never play with the chatbox open anyway, in 'open water' tournaments like STTs.

To be fair, the title of the thread is a bit misleading .... Its not a blondepoker issue, its a tribeca one.
The URL spammers arent that frequent to be honest, and if everyone pinged a manager and gave the user name of the person typing in the URL, they would soon be banned.
As for the observer chat... I will NEVER agree to it being restricted to people who have a buy in for chatting in any particular comp, Railing your mates and fellow blondes that are in higher buy in comps than you can afford is part of what makes blonde unique and builds the community spirit on here.
Look at Crypto, you cant even AYYYYAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR anyone on there even if you played the comp and you are out !! Or stars where you cant rail people like Pab, camel, JP etc in the sunday biggie unless you have a healthy roll on there....
For me if the price of being able to rail your pals and give them a bit of support in the chat box is having to read a few spam messages every now and then, I will happily pay it.

Every now and then!!!
It's every few minutes at times, i don't think i should have to put up with it at all.
Tribeca should actively do something to stop it and stop it now, you don't get this problem to this extent elsewhere...........
If the spammers are made to deposit you can a) freeze the account and take the cash and b) get a handle on who and where they are.
p.s. i deliberately put this into General Discussion!!!!!!!!

They should do what Pokerstars have done and not allow for anyone to be able to copy and paste in the chat box.

I'm sure it won't be long before people create bots to open tables and type the spam then.
