Buy a big monitor and makes sure the options (pass, fold, etc) don't sit over those of another table.

Some sites allow mini view, where the screen gets split in 4. Prima sites have this option , also Ladbrokes as well i think. The option is availble in the menu, under table options i think

It's all down to the resolution of your monitor. You need 1600/1200 to fit 4 tables on one screen (for most poker sites anyway). The monitor of choice for many online players is the Dell 2001 fp which is a 20" LCD for £400ish. The first time I played 4 screens I had the mrs sitting next to me pointing at the screens I needed to act on next. Now I've got 2 monitors and 8 tabling is pretty easy. If I ain't got at least 6 up I get pretty bored. It's just practise, just add another screen, get used to it and add another one etc. The only problem is that I have spent the last few months learning how to multitable not improving my game.

Surely, you cannot follow the game if you play more than 2 games at once!! - if you are playing 6 tables all you can do is play your hand. You cant watch out for who is the bully, who is the rock, the fish. You will end up only playing your cards and not the situations!
Does anyone know if anyone actually makes good money or has good results whilst playing 4 tabkes upwards - i find more than 2 impossible!

Can you display the tables from two different sites on your monitor at the same time? I dont often play two cos I like to play the players, but sometimes games that I want to play overlap
I usualy play them full screen and flick between the two

I think it might be cos a lot of you guys are live players so you have developed different skills to us internet fishes. As my old manager used to say there's more than one way to skin a cat. You guys probably play higher than me but maybe I make nearly as much money as you cos of the multitabling. If you think it's impossible to play good poker whilst 8 tabling though how do you explain people like Scott Fischman, Gank and Gigabet. They all 8 table some of the highest limits on the internet and also seem to do Ok in live tourneys (I think 3 bracelets and 2 WSOP final tables between them)
A lot of the younger internet players are playing 12-20 tables on 4 monitors now. As I said in the other post it's just practise. You maybe can't multitable and I wouldn't know a physical tell if it came up and slapped me on the face. Different strokes for different folks........

I don't have problems with 3 or 4 tables. Actually my profit/hour is way down if I don't play 3/4 tables together. It's all about staggering. It also helps if you are a cash game rock and only play the nuts.
