Zafar Aslam is OUT

He minimum raised with Aces preflop, allowing Marc Goodwin to see a cheapish flop with K-J of diamonds.

Flop =

Zafar bet 5k on the flop and Marc reraised, only about 1k more for Aslam though.

Turn =

River =

After a slight reshuffle, blondeites Pab, vodkaredbull, Steve 'Card Shark' Read, Stu 'Easy Pickings' Rutter and Michael 'Slick Kid' McCool have all ended up on the same table.

Following some preflop action, three players see a flop of

MB checks, McCool bets 1.5k and Pab makes it 3.5k. McCool folds.

Womble Plays a Hand (Briefly) News Now -

He raised in late position, but found another 1,200 raised at him by Ash Hussain on the button.  A fairly short dwell before the face-up pass of - Ash showed him in return.

Mickey Wernick is OUT

He moved his shortstack all-in with Pocket Eights but was outdrawn by 9-7 on a 7-A-7-x-9 board.

Richard Herbert saw a threeway flop of the dangerous-looking .  It was slow, at this point.
The turn, still threeway - .  Check-check...
The river:    Now, with big blind Colin Porter getting out of the way, it goes nuts - bet from Richard (1,600), raise from the button to 5,500, all-in, call!
I am sure someone was expecting the to have donated some chips, but it was actually the unfortunate turned (and slowplayed) house of which lost that big pot to Richard's !

Shortstacker Paul 'Actionjack' Jackson survives an all-in and is now up to the still paltry figure of 1,775

He showed K-8 off by the way.
