Back elbow also seems legitimate. A lot of people refer to the outside of your elbow as an elbow, and the other side (in line with your palm) as a back elbow.

Can't believe no one has got the correct answer to no 2. Back in the old days when we had coal fires we used to buy scuttle grease in order to make coal come out of said container more efficiently. Therefore the real answer is 'scuttle'.
