You could ask Pagano how on Earth he has blagged a Sponsorship deal with PokerStars given that he has not managed to cash for more than twice the entry fee in any live tournament for over 18 months??!!

He wears blue jackets and has a pair of expensive sunglasses .  Maybe Lee Jones likes blue jackets and expensive sun glasses.  Their common interest in these items has given Luca Pagano the opportunity to gain pokerstars sponsorship.   I have already ordered my blue jacket and sunglasses.  With any luck I will cash in a $1 MTT soon, after that it should be straight forward for my high profile sponsorship deal  Wink

Isabella Maeciar:

"Having practiced commercial law, what is your opinion of measures taken in the U.S to formally criminalize online poker and gaming"?

Victor Ramadin:

"How did your affiliation with the charity:" Guyana watch" come about, what do they do, and in what way do you contribute"?

Joe Hatcham:

"Being a former chiropractor are there any tips you could give fellow professionals, or techniques you apply yourself, during the long sessions, to increase comfortability and minimise the potential for back injury"?

More than Pagano that's for sure http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=431.

Anyway when she got sponsored it was pretty obvious it was partly for other assets she possesses and not just her poker results.  scared

I see a couple of wins for Isabelle Mercier, but recently   $ 5,000 No Limit Hold'em,WSOP 2006, 5th place for $ 175,404 - seems quite impressive to me.

Has she won more than she has spent?

The Stars sponsersed players seem an odd mix.

Before she cashed for $175k at this year's WSOP she must have been well down on the live tournament circuit. That result may have got her out of trouble. Having said that I've absolutely no idea how good she is, never having played with her, not seen her on the telly either.

Results are not the only consideration when sites decide who to sponsor.
